Credit Card Processing Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Payment Methods
VC Talent Solutions, LLC accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you authorize VC Talent Solutions, LLC (and its third-party payment processor) to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method, as specified on the issued invoice.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. VC Talent Solutions, LLC does not store full credit card details on its servers. Payment transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer.
4. Pricing and Invoicing
All pricing is based on the invoice provided to the client. The total amount charged will reflect the services, fees, and any applicable taxes outlined in the invoice. Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified on the invoice.
5. Order and Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation may be provided via email. Receipt of payment does not alter the terms of the underlying service agreement, if applicable.
6. Failed or Declined Transactions
If a payment is declined, the transaction will not be completed. VC Talent Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by your financial institution.
7. Fraud Prevention
VC Talent Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional verification may be required prior to processing payment.
8. Refunds and Chargebacks
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Clients agree to contact VC Talent Solutions, LLC at cwilliams@vctalentsolutions.com to resolve any billing issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and further action.
9. Security
VC Talent Solutions, LLC implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect payment information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payment processing services are provided by third-party vendors and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. VC Talent Solutions, LLC is not liable for errors or interruptions caused by such providers.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VC Talent Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from payment processing issues, including but not limited to delays, declines, or system errors.
12. Changes to Terms
VC Talent Solutions, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.
